These Program Requirements, provided by https://topsurveyspot.com (the "Website", "Company", "us", "we", or "our"), along with the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions (collectively, the "Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "your") and the Company. This Agreement governs your access to and use of the Website and your use or attempted use of our products and services (collectively, "Your Use"). Your use of the Website shall be deemed to constitute your consent to be bound by this Agreement and shall be enforceable in the same way as if you had signed this Agreement.

YOU MUST COMPLETE THE REQUIRED NUMBER OF DEALS TO QUALIFY FOR A REWARD. PARTIAL COMPLETION OF REGISTRATION, SURVEY QUESTIONS, OR VIEWING OPTIONAL OFFERS DOES NOT QUALIFY YOU.

1. QUALIFICATIONS

To qualify for a Reward you must:

  • Be a U.S. resident and at least 18 years or older;
  • Complete the registration with accurate personal and contact information including without limitation, first and last names, email address, phone number, gender, residential address, and date of birth;
  • Complete the survey, including all questions presented;
  • Review third-party Offers;
  • Review third-party Deals;
  • Complete the total number of Deals for the level of Reward value you choose (see chart below, hereinafter referred to as “Reward Tiers”);

  • Complete the Reward claim process.

Only new customers may qualify for a Deal. Limit of one (1) Reward per household defined as persons living at the same address) within any 12-month period.

2. REPRESENTATIVE DEALS

See Representative Deals for a sample of Deals available which you may need to complete in order to earn a Reward. DEALS MAY REQUIRE YOU TO PROVIDE PERSONAL INFORMATION OR PURCHASE A GOOD OR SERVICE, INCLUDING SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES.

To receive credit for the completion of a Deal, you must access the Deal from our Website. If you complete a Deal in any other manner, you may not receive credit for that Deal.

For a Deal that requires a subscription or purchase, the third-party retailer must be able to successfully bill your credit card at least once or the number of times specified in the particular Deal’s terms and conditions to receive credit. You will not be credited with completing a Deal unless the retailer confirms your completion. Retailers may not give credit if you cancel too quickly. For this reason, there may be a delay from the time you sign up for a Deal and when it appears as a completed Deal on your Reward Status.

While Topsurveyspot has attempted to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information as possible on each Deal, please visit the retailers’ websites for the specific terms and conditions related to each Deal.

3. REWARD CLAIM PROCESS

A. Check Reward Status. Once you have completed the required Deals, you will be prompted to check your Reward Status to confirm you have completed the required number of Deals.

B. Submit your Claim. If you have completed the required number of Deals and all other required Qualifications, you will then be prompted to begin the Reward Claim Process. You will need to email our rewards fulfillment team at rewards[at] topsurveyspot.com or click the “Start Claim Process” button that will be presented to you after you check your Reward Status and confirm completion of all required Deals. Simply follow the on-screen prompts to complete the Reward Claim Process or provide the items requested by our rewards fulfillment team via email.

C. Verify your Information & Identity. During the Reward Claim Process, we will need to verify the information you submitted on our website to ensure your submitted information meets the Qualifications outlined above. As part of our verification process, we will need to also validate your identity. In validating your identity, we will require a copy of your government issued id, such as your driver’s license or your passport, and we will also require a selfie picture holding your id next to your face. We may also request additional documents or details to further substantiate your information and identity.

D. Verify your Deals. Some Deals may require you to submit verification information. We may ask you to submit “proof of completion” or “proof of purchase” to confirm completed Deals. Once you click the “Start Claim Process” button, you may receive an email with instructions on how to verify your Deals or any additional steps needed to claim the Reward. Further, we may also verify your completion of Deals with our third-party retailer partners who operate the Deals to confirm your completion of all Deal requirements for their promotions. Verification of your Deal completions with our third-party retailer partners may take upwards of 30 to 60 days following your initial completion of the Deal, which may delay issuing your Reward.

E. Complete Required Forms. During the Reward Claim Process you will be required to complete and sign a Confirmation of Eligibility and Release of Liability form. You may also be required to complete and submit relevant tax documentation, such as a W9 tax form, in the event your Reward exceeds $600 as required by applicable United States tax law.

F. Delivery of your Reward. Once all Deals have been verified, all other required Qualifications have been confirmed, and all necessary forms have been completed and submitted, we will electronically deliver your Reward to you.

G. Forfeiture of your Reward. If you do not initiate the Reward Claim Process within 30 days from completion of your last Deal, then you will forfeit the Reward. If at any time during the Reward Claim Process you become unresponsive to our communications, messaging or requests for the items needed to complete the Reward Claim Process, we will notify you with a final notice after which you will then forfeit the Reward.

4. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • What is an Offer?

    An Offer is an optional advertisement or promotion from a third-party retailer that you may see prior to the Deals pages. Signing up to receive more information about an Offer or purchasing an Offer is not required to earn the Reward.

  • What is a Deal?

    A Deal is a promotion from a third-party retailer which may require you to provide personal information or purchase a good or service. Deals are subject to the terms and conditions of their respective third-party retailers. See Representative Deals for a sample of Deals available which you may need to complete in order to earn a Reward. You are required to complete the total number of Deals for the level of Reward value you choose as depicted in the Reward Tiers. Deals are subject to change without notice.

  • How do I keep track of completed Deals?

    On each Deals page, there is a Reward Status feature where you can check the status of your Reward based on your completed actions. Once you have completed all three pages of the Deals, you will see a final Reward Status tool which allows you to verify your email address and will display the total number of Deals you have completed. It will let you know if you have completed enough Deals for the Reward or if you need to go back and complete more Deals to qualify.

  • What if I do not complete the Deals within 30 days?

    If you do not complete the total number of Deals for the level of Reward value you choose as depicted in the Reward Tiers within 30 days of completing the first Deal, you will not earn the Reward. You may restart the process at any time to complete all Deals within a 30-day period.

  • What is a Reward?

    A Reward is a gift card or consumer product chosen by Topsurveyspot from various retailers that may change without notice. Topsurveyspot may, at its discretion, substitute a gift card of equal or greater value at any time for any Reward depicted on the Website by Topsurveyspot.

  • When will I receive my Reward?

    You will receive your Reward via an e-gift card at the email address you provided within 60 days of completing all Qualifications and the Reward Claim Process. If you do not receive your Reward within 60 days, please contact us at our web form located here and we will assist you.

  • Can my completed Deals qualify towards more than one Reward?

    No, each completed Deal may only be applied to one claimed Reward.
